Your opinion is wanted! Are you interested in Latin America and would you like to give your opinion on international challenges? Or would you just want to know more about the work of CEDLA and European-Latin American relations? Join the new ThinkTank event organized by IRSP! 

Together with CEDLA we will organise a ThinkTank to take a look at international cooperation and its issues. This event on Monday the 10th of May from 15:00 to 17:30 will give you the chance to apply your IR skills in a practical setting whilst also boosting your CV. Please notice that the time of this event is not yet confirmed and can still change. 

CEDLA has promoted Latin American Studies in the Netherlands, Europe and beyond. This is done by conducting and stimulating relevant and original research on developments in Latin America and distributing the results of this research via academic education and publications. CEDLA’s research focuses on present and past processes of societal change in Latin America. They offer a broad range of topical courses on Latin America within the field of Social Sciences and the Humanities and are interested in approaches to tailor their curriculum to the interests of IR students. CEDLA also offers various Master and Minor programmes about Latin American developments, your gateway to an internship or research in Latin America. 
During the event, multiple rounds of guided discussion will give you the chance to provide your input on relevant topics concerning the Latin American region. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the design of a new Master that is being developed by CEDLA.

Together, you’ll brainstorm about possible solutions for international problems over the course of one afternoon. The event will be held on Zoom on the 10th of May. Keep an eye out on the Clio website for additional information!
