Have you always dreamed of a chance to experience the European Union and its workings up close? Then now is your chance! You have the unique opportunity to visit multiple institutions — witness their work a parliament session and ask questions!

You are invited to come with the Career Committee to discover Strasbourg from the 14th to the 16th of May. On top of visiting the European Parliament, we will also be stopping by the European Court of Human Rights to see what’s actually going on when a contracting state receives an allegation against them. Until now the ECHR has only existed as a mythical creature in our imagination and EU law courses - we are curious to find out how that funky looking building actually functions in real life! And what does it take to get a job there?

Last but not least, we will tour the Eurocorps. Eurocorps is an intergovernmental military corps bringing together soldiers from all over Europe. On behalf of the EU they carry out special missions, for example the corps has served in Afghanistan and Libya.

There will also be an opportunity to eat a cozy meal of Flamkuchen (traditional food) together and free-time to explore Strasbourg.
