What can I do after studying International Relations and International Organisation? What are my possibilities? Everyone has come across this questions at least once during their studies or while choosing IRIO as study program and we all know there is no simple answer to it: IRIO offers a broad spectrum of future job opportunities. Thanks to the Career Committee, students of IRIO have the chance to take a deeper look into this broad working field and get an idea of options they have after studying. By organizing different events, such as network drinks and company visits, throughout the year the Career Committee brings students closer to possible employers, careers and former IR students.
The first activity of this year will be the Career Evening. This interactive evening offers students the chance to experience the working world of IR by talking to former students and experts already working in this field.
This event will be followed by three company visits, which are going to take place throughout the year. During the events we will visit different companies and institutions in and around the Netherlands which are related to our study.
Last but not least, besides that activities the Committee is also responsible for the Internship database, a database offering several interesting internships for IR students at different institutions and companies.
Summing up, the Career Committee is the perfect chance for everyone to dip into the world of IR and gain useful practical experience.
