On Friday, November 14th, 2025, Study Association Clio will hold its Extraordinary General Members Meeting (GMM). During the meeting, the Board will present the Sustainability Roadmap and Form J for the Student Support Fund (StOF). StOF provides financial relief to student organisation boards based on governance workload. After the deadline, CUOS reviews submissions and advises the University Board and with University Council approval, the final decision is communicated by CUOS, specifying the total Board Bursary Months (BBM) for the next three boards. This year is a recalibration year, meaning the past three years are assessed to decide whether the BBM will increase, decrease, or remain the same.

The meeting will take place in room 1312.0018 (Oude Kijk in Het Jatstraat 26, 9712 EK Groningen) and will start at 15:30. All related documents are available on the Clio website, and we encourage attendees to bring a laptop, phone, or tablet to access the documents digitally during the meeting.
Members are also invited to send questions about the documents to info@clio.nl. All submitted questions will be addressed during the GMM itself. The deadline to send questions is 23:59 on November 11th.
Please note that questions concerning language, grammar, or spelling can only be submitted before the GMM. Such questions raised during the meeting will not be discussed.
