During a board year, you will work together with fellow ambitious students and gain a lot of experience with regards to leadership skills, teamwork and more. A board year will let you stand out of the crowd in your future job search. Next to this, a board year allows you to learn about your own strengths and weaknesses, will help you to improve your skills and expand your horizon.

Not only will you have intensive contact with your fellow board members, but you will also be in contact with the IRIO department, the University and other partners, such as other associations or businesses. This is a great way for you to expand your network. Not only is this an asset for your future career, you will also greatly expand your social network. You will get to know many (new) IRIO students and you will have the best time with the other board members and of course with your committees.
