Power, a word that has different meanings. It is this variety of meanings that is so interesting for internationalists. On the one hand power includes strength and influential supremacy. On the other hand it also means energy. However, is it not true that energy sources bring along a lot of influential power? What if Russia turns off the gas tap? It is this relation, and its various aspects, that plays a central role during the Clio Conference 2011: Power. Energy sources: fuel for conflict? 28 April 2011 at the Martinikerk and the County House of Groningen. Interested? Go to: congres.clio.nl
