The theme of this year's Clio Conference has been revealed: 'Facing Terrorism: Society, Strategy, Security'. As one of the most pressing issues of our time, terrorism forms the frame of the Clio Conference and will be addressed from different perspectives. Terror bares its claws not only when it comes to attacks on Europe’s metropoles, its effects are also felt in many other areas such as the displacement of people, financing networks and religious extremism.
